Daniel Acquah

Daniel joined CERP in March 2011, after completing his PhD in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Daniel’s research touched on academic selection at 14, the role of the A* grade at A-level, and evidence-based policy-making more widely. Previously, Daniel was part of the Human Development and Learning Group at the University of Nottingham, and his doctoral research was in the area of children’s social and cognitive development. Daniel has also carried out research at the University of British Columbia and the Center for Cognitive Science at Rutgers University. Daniel left CERP in 2014 to take up a role with the Cabinet Office.
